Your workspace stays. You can keep the data archived inside Kaiplan, export everything to CSV, or both. There's no auto-delete, no sunset date, and no email asking you to renew — Lifetime means the access doesn't expire.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro mid-plan?

Can I cancel a monthly plan any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel from inside the workspace, with no phone call and no retention queue. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your data stays exportable after that.
What payment methods do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, processed through our payments provider over a secure checkout. If your bank prefers a different method, write to us before you sign up and we'll see what we can do.

The model

How we think about pricing.

Most wedding tools are free because vendors pay for the placements you see. That model gives the platform a financial stake in nudging your shortlist, your budget, and your contracts toward whoever's paying. We wanted no part of that. Kaiplan is paid by the couples who use it, so the pricing has to stand on its own — the workspace either earns the $20 a month or it doesn't.

That's also why the engagement gets to pick the model. A wedding is a finite planning project, usually six to eighteen months. Monthly fits that arc. Lifetime fits the couple who would rather pay once, keep the ledger forever, and never see a renewal email. Either way, the price is on the page, the trial doesn't auto-charge without a 30-day window, and there's no marketplace tier shaping what the app shows you.
