I. What we collect

When you create an account, start checkout, request a planning resource, or use the wedding website features, we collect the information required to provide those services. We also collect basic analytics about how you found us, such as referring page and campaign parameters.


II. How we use it

We use your information to authenticate your account, process billing, deliver transactional emails, and improve the planning experience. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or paid vendor marketplaces.


III. Transactional email

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, including account confirmation, RSVP messages, and planning notifications. Your email is processed by Resend's infrastructure for delivery.


IV. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how people find and use this site. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.


V. Third-party processors

Kaiplan uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing and billing management
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting
  • Apollo.io — internal sales CRM used to track interested couples before signup. Only your name and email (if provided via a signup form) are ever shared with Apollo. Your wedding planning data is never shared with Apollo.
  • Cloudflare — image storage and CDN

VI. Data removal

To delete your account, email us at hello@kaiplan.app . We will delete your record and associated data within 30 days.
